Block-time Contracts

With our block-time contracts, you can pre-pay for either 5, 10 or 20 hours of IT support, available to use whenever you want/need. These types of contracts are perfect for when you need a problem sorted most, but you don’t require the IT support all of the time.

These hours can be used for the following:

  • Support — to diagnose and resolve issues and problems
  • To obtain advice and guidance
  • Scheduled support visits to carry regular, proactive maintenance tasks and monitor and check systems
  • Project work to implement new systems or upgrade existing systems.
  • Training or coaching
