IT Support Responsibilities
Their responsibilities include:
- Progress and resolve technical faults and changes put through to the technical team within a timely manner
- Complement the realm of line support, troubleshooting and implementing fixes
- Proactively monitor and resolve critical alerts
- Provide holiday, sickness and absence cover across the sites, where agreed.
